During the week of April 13, 2020, job seekers can register for 15-minute phone conversations with local employers that have immediate openings.
Why a Virtual Job Fair Now?

“We’re hearing from employers who need to quickly ramp up their recruitment efforts to fill a large number of job vacancies,” said Amy Lebednick, business solutions director, West Michigan Works! “These are employers who provide essential products and services and some who have retooled their facilities or operations to produce much-needed items such as hand sanitizer or face masks.”
Perrigo is one company participating in the virtual job fair. The Allegan-based manufacturer of self-care products has had to increase its production in response to the coronavirus.
“Perrigo plays a critical role in the COVID-19 response effort as our employees are producing the self-care products consumers trust to stay healthy and treat their symptoms around the globe,” said Becky Herrington, VP global talent acquisition, Perrigo. “We value our workers’ dedication and are actively hiring additional employees who are passionate about our mission.”
