Rachel has worked in a variety of industries with experience in customer service, office coordination and accounts payable/receivable. She loves connecting with her community and seeing the ways that West Michigan Works! makes an impact. Rachel received her bachelor’s degree from Hope College with a dual major in Communication and Religion and now resides in the Grand Rapids area. In her free time, she enjoys working on house projects, spending time in her garden, going thrifting with friends, and learning a new craft.
