West Michigan Works! recognizes Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch as its 2023 Employer of the Year for its contributions to workforce development, community engagement and the agribusiness industry. The award was presented during the annual West Michigan Works! board meeting held at the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park on December 11, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Damon Jordan, district representative from the Office of Congressman John Moolenaar, presented a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition to Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch, honoring their achievement as Employer of the Year.

Their participation in the Ag-jobs-4-all hiring event reflects a commitment to assisting opportunity populations. Additionally, their reception of a 2023 Best and Brightest in the nation award is a testament to their exceeding standards for companies across the United States.
Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch offers comprehensive skill development through its apprenticeship program. Through a partnership with Montcalm Community College and utilizing the Going PRO Talent Fund, Herbruck’s provides apprentices with a comprehensive education and the skills required to diagnose and repair crucial machinery.
