What opportunities do you have for individuals with convictions?
We have opportunities ranging from general labor to skilled positions such as press brake operators, machinists, welders, laser operators, painters.
If you had to tell a 10-year-old about what your company does, what would you tell them?
We create cool things out of flat metal sheets. We laser cut the metal sheets and then bend, mill, buff and paint them, painting. Then they are packaged and shipped to our customers.
How would your current employees describe their work experience?
Our employees would currently describe their experience as a collaborative one. In the past, the company was run by an individual, but since July 2016, all employees became part owners of the company. The new approach is to incorporate employees’ ideas to creating and improving the workplace. We are one year into a five-year change plan.
What is something job seekers should know before meeting you at the job fair?
Rapid-Line, Inc. was recently awarded for our innovation. Our goal is to delight our customers while employee-owners retire well off. Individuals that want to succeed show up and differentiate themselves. We work hard to help employees succeed at what they do, as part of the family.
